Shipping policy

DELIVERY AND RETURN RULES

-Shipping is free on purchases of 2500 ₺ and above.
-The product you ordered is shipped within 1-5 business days.
-The tracking number is notified by the shipping company via SMS no later than 24 hours after the shipment is dispatched.
-If you are not present at the specified address, your package is delivered within 3 (three) business days to the nearest branch of the contracted shipping company. You must collect your package from the shipping company branch within the specified 3 (three) business days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to us.
